We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood near Harbor Bay area was perfect for us. The hotel staff were really helpful and provided us with very good service. They tried their best to accommodate all our requests. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a variety of services including 24-hour room service, laundry, and airport shuttle. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the leisure spa & wellness center. The staff really made us feel pampered and taken care of.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was fairly clean, the staff was extremely helpful and very amiable, plus the service was good. The location for Nagoya was quiet, just next door to various shopping centres, a cafe near one of the malls, and BCS mall and Harbor Bay. Having different cool drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch. It was a real good stay, well-maintained place.

The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast spread was delicious and the pastry was excellent. The security team was alert and assisted me promptly with my safe. The location was convenient being very close to the harbourbay terminal.
